To register in Italy a death certificate issued in Australia, this Office must receive:
- An application requesting the registration (transcription) of the death certificate;
- The death certificate issued by the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages;
- The deceased’s passport, if it is still valid.
The above-mentioned documentation may be sent by mail to the following address:
