OFFICIAL OPENING NIGHT OF THE FIRST ITALIAN CUISINE WEEK IN THE WORLD IN ADELAIDE

On the 21st November, the Consul of Italy officially launched the first Italian cuisine week in the world, with a gala dinner held at the Marche Club. The dinner, prepared by the chef of the renowned Italian restaurant Ruby Red Flamingo, Enzo Verdino and Adis Kulovich, was fully prepared with imported products and enriched with Italian Fantini wines by Farnese.

The dinner was attended by about 300 guests, including the South Australian Governor H. E. Hieu Van Le, the Hon. Michael Atkinson, attending on behalf of the Premier of the State and the leader of the opposition Steven Marshall.

The evening was enriched by a vocal performance by soprano Gisèle Blanchard and the baritone Mario Bellanova, accompanied at the piano by maestro Jeffrey Kong. All guests enjoyed the culinary specialties, symbol of the Italian tradition and brands of Marchio Italia.
