Consul of Italy Ernesto Pianelli launched the Parliamentary Group of Friends of Italy in the South Australia Parliament. An initiative dedicated to further strengthening the bonds and deepening the cooperation between Italy and South Australia.

Congratulations to all the joint convenors, the Deputy Premier, Hon. Susan Close MP, the Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Hon. Zoe Bettison MP and all the Members of Parliament attending the event. It was fantastic to see such strong bipartisan support from the Parliament of South Australia and so many business and community leaders from our vibrant Italian community.
