The Consulate of Italy in Adelaide with this public notice intends to search technical sponsorships for the organization of the Italian National Day 2023 (2 June 2023).
To the sponsors, the Consulate guarantees, in general, a return on the promotion of their image through the possibility of conveying the logo/brand of the sponsor, in communication campaigns (programs, posters, announcements, institutional website, posts on social networks etc.) and at the event itself.
Characteristics and essential elements of the sponsorship proposals:
The Consulate intends to offer interested parties the possibility of stipulating a sponsorship contract of a technical nature (direct provision of services or supply of goods) consisting in the offer of products of various kinds imported from Italy, to package 150 small “gift bags” to be distributed at the end of the Italian National Day Reception, in order to present Italian excellence to the guests. At the end of the celebration, the sponsor will conclude the sponsorship contract with the Consulate.
For the person identified as sponsor, the Consulate will guarantee broad visibility on the information material produced, in particular:
• sponsor logo highlighted on invitations;
• sponsor’s logo may be displayed will be displayed at the venue of the celebration;
• the sponsor will be able to distribute illustrative material of the business to the invited guests;
• the speech delivered during the ceremony will include the mention of the sponsor.
You can let the Consulate know of your availability and interest by 31 March 2023, by writing to the following e-mail address: consolato.adelaide@esteri.it indicating in the subject of the e-mail: “Expression of interest for sponsorship”.
Business who have expressed interest may be contacted to freely negotiate the terms of the sponsorship contract, in compliance with the principles of impartiality and equal treatment pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/16. However, the sponsorship offers are not to be considered binding for the Consulate until the relative contract has been signed.
The Consulate reserves the right to decline any sponsorship offer which could rise to a conflict of interests, which could cause prejudice or damage to the image and activity of this Office, which is contrary to the general principles of the Italian legal system or prohibited by law, or in any case received from subjects who do not have the ability to contract with the Public Administration.
Treatment of personal data processing pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003: the business managers give their consent to the processing of personal data for the exclusive purpose of administrative and accounting management. The data controller is the Consulate of Italy in Adelaide.
